1. Use of Information Collected by Us

GenAudio may collect two types of information from users of our Site: "personally identifiable information" (such as name, e-mail address, etc.) and "aggregate information" (such as operating system type and version, frequency of visits to the Site, search terms entered, Site pages most frequently accessed, browser type, number of hours software application is operated, number of hours software application is used as a trial prior to purchase, etc.).

We use all of this information in an effort to improve your experience on the Site and to communicate with you about information that you request. 2. Collection of Personally Identifiable Information

GenAudio collects personally identifiable information, such as name and email address, that is voluntarily provided when a user: (i) chooses to download a free trial of the software provided on the Site, (ii) requests technical support, (iii) signs up to receive news from GenAudio, or (iv) when a user participates in promotions, sweepstakes and contests offered on the Site.

When you purchase products/software from GenAudio through either of the Site, you will be directed to a third party payment processor, RegNow, and asked to enter your name, contact information and financial information directly into RegNow’s system. GenAudio personnel never possesses your credit card or other financial information as you provide this directly to our third party processor. GenAudio also collects aggregate information, which is non-personally identifiable/anonymous information about you, such as your operating system type and version, frequency of visits to the Site, search terms entered, Site pages most frequently accessed, browser type, number of hours software application is operated, number of hours software application is used as a trial prior to purchase, etc. Aggregate Information is used in a collective manner, and no single person can be identified by that compiled information.

4. Collection and Use of IP Addresses

GenAudio may collect IP addresses to obtain aggregate information on the Site. An IP address is a number assigned to your computer by a web server when you are on the web. When you are on our Site, we have a back-end server that logs your computer's IP address. We only use the information we find out from tracking IP addresses in the aggregate, such as how many users entered a specific area of our Site, and not to track a specific IP address to identify an individual user. However, we may use such information to identify a user if we feel that there are or may be safety and/or security issues or to comply with legal requirements.

5. Sharing, Selling, and Trading Personally Identifiable Information Collected Online with Third Parties

GenAudio does not share, rent, sell or disclose personally identifiable information to third parties, except as described in this Privacy Policy.

GenAudio may sell, share or trade compiled aggregate information with third parties. As stated earlier, no single person can be identified by such aggregate information.

GenAudio uses cookies to measure activity on our Site, which allows us to improve navigation throughout our Site. GenAudio does not have any responsibility for those websites, and we provide the links for the convenience of our visitors.

In the event that GenAudio sells substantially all of its assets, or one of GenAudio’s business units are acquired, personally identifiable information of visitors to the Site and aggregate information will likely be one of the transferred assets.
